HIIT: HighIntensity Interval Training
HIIT is a popular must have at Sparta! It stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is a training circuit of alternating short periods of intense exercises with brief rest. It should be challenging enough to take your Cardio and Strength to another level as it relates to conditioning.
Group Classes
We understand here at Sparta that everyone is not self-motivated to workout by themselves. So, we offer free group classes to get you motivated from a choreographed perspective hosted by a professional instructor.
